Communicating chargers
Selfenergy® chargers are equipped with a CAN link, which allows them to communicate directly with the battery’s BMS (Battery Management System) in order to regulate the charging voltage and current in real time. This technology is very suitable for Li-ion and Ni-MH batteries.
The CAN bus communication offers the possibility to connect to the SelfEnergy remote display. This touch screen allows you to check the essential information of the battery (SOC state of charge, SOH health status, etc.).
Thanks to our configuration software, you will be able to access the charger’s parameters, allowing you to fully control the charging process.

Our chargers use charging profiles developed and tested by our battery experts to provide a complete, reliable and safe charge.
They complement the classic 3-step charge (boost/absorption/float charge) with additional steps, designed to provide optimal charging according to your battery type (lead acid, lithium-ion, nickel metal hydride…) and application.
A customized charging profile can also be provided upon request and can be configured.

Quiet
All Selfenergy® chargers have a power rating of up to 1000W. They operate in passive cooling mode, so there is no need for fans. They ensure an efficiency of 97% and more. For higher power, the Selfenergy® charger works under active cooling.
Waterproof
Our chargers have an IP45 waterproof rating (in accordance with IEC 60529), which prevents splashes and dust. They are perfectly suited for various applications, whether embedded or fixed.
